This page applies to the EEHR Property mobile app operated by Jen Elayron of Homes by Jen.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the EEHR Property app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to remove.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion prompt.

If you cannot access the app, email empireeast.jen@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address used for your app account.

What Is Deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication account for the EEHR Property app
• saved contacts stored in the app on the device where deletion is performed
• favorites saved in the app on the device where deletion is performed
• Onboarding and app-preference data stored locally on that device

What Is Not Automatically Deleted

Property inquiry records sent separately through our website contact form, email, WhatsApp, Messenger, phone, or other support channels are not automatically deleted by the in-app account deletion flow because they are stored separately from your app account.

If you also want those inquiry or communication records removed, include that request in your email to empireeast.jen@gmail.com.

Retention

We do not intentionally retain your app account after it is deleted. Separate inquiry or communication records may be retained until you request their deletion, or longer when needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
